DATHA Lecture: Eric Lucas and Timera Sutherland Temple

The Design and Technologies for Healthy Aging would like to invite you to our first meeting of Spring 2013. Eric Lucas and Timera Sutherland Temple will present on various aspects of Eldercare in the Netherlands.  

Eric works with Eldercare communities in the US, the Netherlands and Germany in the transition process of these organizations to a person centered care model.  He holds master's degrees from UGA and GT, is a certified Eden Alternative Associate, a Six Sigma Black Belt and a board member of ALFA - Georgia Chapter. Timera who interned with Foundation Marga Klompe, an Eldercare provider in the Netherlands last October, earned a BA in Philosophy, a master's degree in Housing and Consumer Economics (UGA) and a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology (UGA).

The meeting will be held at Room 207 in the Health Systems Institute (HSI) Building, located at 828 West Peachtree Street, NW 2nd Floor Atlanta, GA 30332. Metered parking is available at the address.

One of the oldest programs in the United States, the School of Industrial Design at Georgia Tech has a rich and celebrated history. Currently the program has 127 undergraduate students, 37 graduate students and a diverse alumni body of nearly 1,000.
