The Bioengineering Seminar Series is a joint seminar series between Petit Institute and the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering. Seminars are held on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 11am-12pm in Petit Institute 1128 unless otherwise indicated.

Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) / the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership, Gwinnett Technical College and Partnership Gwinnett are hosting a presentantion with Dan Ortiz, Director of the OSHA group at GTRI, on Dec. 12, to discuss how OSHA changes are specifically affecting manufacturers.
Four Georgia Tech research hubs have launched a new “chalk & talk” brown bag lunch series on Big Data. The weekly series, sponsored jointly by the Institute for Data & High Performance Computing (IDH), Institute for Materials (IMaT), Center for Data Analytics (CDA) and Center for High Performance Computing (HPC) will be held on most Thursdays during the Fall and Spring Semesters and feature a mix of topics, including those related to big data for materials and manufacturing, as well as other topics critical to the broader area of big data.
Students from multiple disciplines at the Georgia Institute of Technology work in teams to develop various prototypes for real world applications.
