Diplomas
PhD Candidates
Those attending the Commencement ceremony will receive an actual diploma. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, diplomas will be mailed to the mailing address you enter in OSCAR following the ceremony. Instructions for providing this address will be sent via email. You should check your email regularly and respond as requested to ensure prompt receipt of the actual diploma.
Bachelor's and Master's candidates
You will not receive an actual diploma on the day of your Commencement ceremony; instead, you will receive a Georgia Tech memento suitable for framing. Diplomas will be mailed to the mailing address you enter in OSCAR six to eight weeks after the ceremony. Instructions for providing this address will be sent via email. You should check your email regularly and respond as requested to ensure prompt receipt of the actual diploma.
