Overcoming the Stressors of Perfectionism & Procrastination

Perfectionism and procrastination are key ingredients in recipe for stress and also for inefficiency.  In this workshop, students will learn some strategies for overcoming perfectionism and for putting an end to procrastination, thereby decreasing their overall stress.
