Overcoming the Stressors of Perfectionism & Procrastination

Perfectionism and procrastination are key ingredients in the recipe for stress and inefficiency.  In this workshop, students will learn some strategies for overcoming perfectionism and for putting an end to procrastination to help decrease their overall stress.
