Spaces and Facilities
From "hot" desks to "Class A" office spaces, meeting nooks to conference rooms, event spaces to ballrooms, and flex spaces to high-tech labs, Tech Square is a collaboration hot bed.
Located at the east end of Tech Square, the Biltmore is home to several engineering firms, startups, and energy companies. As part of Tech Square's expansion, the Georgia Tech Foundation recently acquired the historic building.
Centergy One is a mixed-use development of residential, retail, "Class A” office, research, and educational space. It also includes a world-class hotel and conference center. ATDC signature companies can lease space on the second floor.
The Garage is is a collaborative workspace and event venue designed to bring people and ideas together.
Technology Square Research Building
The Technology Square Research Building houses five research centers: Digital Media; Georgia Electronic Design Center; Georgia Tech Research Network Operations Center; Graphics, Visualization, and Usability Center; and the Interactive Media Technology Center. It also houses Georgia Tech's School of Interactive Computing.
Tech Square Labs
Tech Square Labs offers 25,000 square feet of co-working and corporation innovation space, event venues, and private offices.
Scheller College of Business
Tech Square is anchored by Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business. Many of this College's MBA programs focus on developing entrepreneurship, and students have an unparalleled opportunity to live, learn, work, and play in the innovation engine of Atlanta.
Global Learning Center
The Georgia Tech Global Learning Center is designed, staffed, and equipped with the technology to foster the relationships between people and ideas, and learning and working. And, as part of Georgia Tech, it’s the natural place where meeting and learning converge.
