Each year the Georgia Tech Communications & Marketing team creates a public service announcement (PSA) that airs during televised football and basketball games. The PSA is an opportunity to show the world a thirty-second snapshot of Georgia Tech's legendary heritage and limitless future.

At Georgia Tech, our students have a passion for discovery and pursue rewarding careers that have human impact. Here they enjoy a comprehensive educational experience that combines academic rigor with a well-rounded campus life, which includes diverse student activities and a strong athletics program.

Georgia Tech students know they have to work hard, but they have also learned to have some fun along the way. An example of this fun is the Mini 500 tricycle race, just one of many long-standing traditions that permeates our campus culture. Because of the history and excitement surrounding the event, we decided to feature the race in this year's PSA. Everyone—the Communications & Marketing team, Georgia Tech students, staff volunteers, and the film crew—had a blast filming the PSA and re-creating the Mini 500!

Would you like to learn more about the student cast members and take a look behind the scenes? Our Web site will allow you to do just that. Have fun exploring! If you are an alumnus, we invite you to share your stories and photos from past Mini 500s.
