Statement Regarding Retirement of UGA President

In response to today's announcement regarding the pending retirement of University of Georgia President Michael Adams, Georgia Institute of Technology President G.P. "Bud" Peterson made the following statement:

“Under President Adams’ leadership the University of Georgia has continued to grow in both size and stature,” said Peterson. “Georgia Tech and UGA collaborate in a number of areas, and I look forward to continuing to work with President Adams over the course of the next year to better serve the state and the nation, through our outstanding research, education and economic development programs.”
