Georgia Tech Professional Education honored with Gold Award for its print ad campaign during the marketing awards at the 21st Annual University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) Marketing Seminar

Georgia Tech Professional Education was given the Gold Award for its print ad campaign during the marketing awards at the 21st Annual University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) Marketing Seminar, which was held in New Orleans on Nov. 8, 2012. UPCEA recognizes excellence in marketing and promotional practices in the field of professional, continuing, and online education in 27 categories and eight divisions.

The division’s marketing team earned UPCEA’s highest honors for its series of print advertisements focused on positioning Georgia Tech Professional Education, along with its new name and brand, to an audience of working professionals and companies in numerous industries. The campaign was also utilized to position the Georgia Tech-Savannah campus as a new location and hub for professional education.

“Georgia Tech Professional Education is honored to be recognized among such a talented group of peers and institutions,” says Patrice Miles, assistant dean of Business Operations, Georgia Tech Professional Education. “It’s a true testament to the marketing team’s hard work, talent and dedication for professional education.”
