Testimony Presented to Armed Services Subcommittee
Dr. Seymour Goodman, chair of the National Research Council's committee on Improving Cybersercurity Research in the United States, testified before the Armed Services Committee Subcommittee on Terrorism, Unconventional Threats and Capabilities on April 1.
