During the campus furlough period (December 21 to December 24) and the winter break (December 25 to January 2, 2010), the online job bulletin and application system—located at www.careers.gatech.edu—will be unavailable.
Beginning the afternoon of December 18, potential applicants will not have the ability to view/apply for positions nor have access to their existing “My Jobs†account.
Taking the system offline will prevent possible attacks and reduce the amount of customer support staff needed during the furlough and winter break periods.
The system will be restored on January 4, 2010.
