Crime-prevention, awareness messages to blanket campus

The fact that Georgia Tech is located in a thriving urban area offers many exciting opportunities. Conversely, our urban location also presents challenges when it comes to personal safety and security of our valuables.

To help the community learn more about personal safety, Georgia Tech held Campus Safety Day today, Thursday, February 11. During this time, the Institute provided messages blanketing campus about steps that students can take to stay safe.

You can review additional crime prevention and awareness information at the Georgia Tech Police Department Web site.
