Judith Curry, chair and professor in the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, offered her testimony before the House Committee on Science and Technology yesterday. Curry spoke about how a potential change in the earth's climate may have many effects, some beneficial to people of certain regions and some catastrophic. She urged that climate scientists need to engage with citizen scientists, social scientists and engineers to confront the challenges that may be ahead.
