350 Researchers Attend Metal Organic Vapor Phase Meeting

Georgia Tech Lorraine recently hosted the Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy Conference in Metz, France.

The international conference, which focused on recent advancements in material processing by epitaxy, attracted 350 researchers from 29 countries participating in 226 presentations.

Among notables addressing the conference was Albert Fert, 2007 Nobel Prize laureate in physics whose research led to a quantum leap in computer hard drive storage capacity
