For PC you need:

  • Windows XP sp3 or newer
  • Microsoft Silvelight
  • Windows Media Player 9 or newer
  • Internet Explorer 6 through 8 or newer, or
  • Google Chrome, or
  • Firefox 3.6 or newer

For Mac you will need:

Ensure you have administrative access or a local system administrator available if the above requirements are not installed.


You also need a reliable high speed Internet connection and a modern computer system with a lot of disk storage space and no firewalls blocking streaming video coming from outside servers in order to view the video on your computer.
