President G. P. "Bud" Peterson presented his annual Institute Address on Aug. 30 at 11:00 a.m. in room 152, G. Wayne Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons. Peterson discussed progress on the Strategic Plan, and goals and challenges for the upcoming academic year.
