Please see below the ERC solicitation.  It is different from what we anticipated in two ways (at least).  First, it has a pre-proposal stage, and second, it has two 'tracks' co-mingled - an open and nano track.
 
In light of the pre-proposal stage being present, we have decided to let all eligible teams move forward without an internal pre-selection.  An internal team will review the materials you prepared, and give you feedback prior to the pre-proposal submission for your benefit.
 
Good luck and may multiple GT proposals be invited for full submission!
