Vendors play a significant role in the success of your event. Developing mutually beneficial relationships with approved vendors is essential in ensuring the success of the event, showcasing Georgia Tech as an institution of excellence, and creating memorable moments for your target audience.
Choosing Your Vendor
Vendors must be registered through Georgia Tech Business Services in order to perform business transactions with Georgia Tech.
To determine whether your vendor is registered, visit the Vendor Information Menu and click Employee Vendor Lookup. Indicate your business unit and press continue. You will then be asked to enter the vendor’s name and press submit. If you do not initially find the vendor, try using a different name or spelling (i.e., George Burdell Designs, Designs, George Burdell or Burdell, George Designs). You can also type the first letter in the name field, click submit, and scroll through all the options in alphabetical order. If your vendor is not listed, complete the Vendor Registration Process.
While Georgia Tech does not keep a preferred vendor list, Institute Special Events & Protocol maintains a record of registered vendors we can suggest to consider for your next event. Email us with your specific event needs.

To produce emblematic merchandise bearing the Georgia Institute of Technology marks, you must use an official licensed vendor.
Community, non-commercial uses of Georgia Tech trademarks may not require a license, but do require permission. Examples include, but are not limited to, wedding or birthday cakes, headstones, and boat decals.
