Georgia Tech is launching the Tony Kepano Joint Center for Real Estate, a collaborative hub that will elevate real estate education, industry engagement, and alumni involvement across campus.

To more effectively support the Institute’s expanding strategic needs, Tony Zivalich, associate vice president for the Office of Real Estate Development, will transition to the role of senior advisor for Real Estate effective March 1.
