  • Alternate semesters of full-time study and full-time, paid work related to your major.
  • Work for the same employer across multiple terms, developing deeper expertise and stronger professional connections.
  • Remain a full-time student throughout your Co-op experience, graduating in about five years with both a degree and a professional track record.
  • Earn a special “Cooperative Plan” designation on your diploma — proof that you’ve applied your education in the real world.
